SPARK
Clean Energy Processing Infrastructure | Abuja, Nigeria
SPARK (Spodumene Processing & Advanced Recovery Kernel) is a pilot-first, modular lithium beneficiation platform designed to unlock stranded African lithium ore and anchor Nigeria into the global energy transition supply chain.
Africa hosts some of the world’s most significant lithium resources, yet vast volumes of 1.5–2.5% Li₂O spodumene are discarded as “waste” due to lack of processing infrastructure.
This is not a geology problem. It is an infrastructure problem.
A repeatable, financeable processing kernel that converts marginal lithium ore into export-grade concentrate while de-risking scale through pilot validation.
24 TPD pilot validates metallurgy, recovery, and offtake before capital scale-up.
Commercial deployment at 1,000 TPD built from proven, repeatable units.
SC6 (5.5–6.0%) lithium concentrate ready for global battery markets.
SPARK creates value by upgrading discarded geology into verified, traceable, exportable lithium feedstock. Economic returns are a consequence of disciplined processing and infrastructure efficiency.
Commercial Benchmark
1,000 TPD Facility
Approx. US$35M CAPEX producing ~120,000 MT SC6 annually with environmentally aligned recovery.
SPARK is designed as an upstream anchor for Nigeria’s clean energy ecosystem, with expansion pathways into lithium chemicals, energy storage materials, and continental replication.
We are engaging aligned capital, technical partners, and strategic facilitators.
